With the end of the year just days away, I’m sharing The 25 Most Popular Recipes of 2025. Quick marry me chicken pasta, honey garlic chicken and my favorite Tuscan style soup to crockpot salsa verde chicken, garlic salmon, and fun desserts. More recipes were cooked and shared this year than ever before. Below are the top 25 recipes you loved most. Can you guess which one took the number one spot? What were your favorites?

I share this post every year, and it’s always so fun to look back and see which recipes stood out. Sometimes you surprise me with what you make again and again — but honestly, that’s always the goal. With every recipe I share, I hope it becomes something you love and return to often.
The year kicked off in full soup mode. It must have been chilly, because I was sharing cozy bowls nonstop — Salsa Verde Tortilla Soup and Chicken Katsu Ramen in the first few days of January, followed by Tuscan White Bean Lemon Soup, Lentil Sun-dried Tomato Soup, and Crockpot Chicken and Rice Soup. And yes, several of those soups made the list. One thing is clear: we all love a January soup.
Another early hit was the One Skillet Cheesy Salsa Chicken Rice Bake — because one-skillet dinners never miss. Throughout the year, I shared lots of sheet pan meals, Dutch oven dishes, and family-style crockpot dinners. I love a crockpot moment. And rice bowls too — always a favorite.
I’d say 2025 was the year of sheet pan chicken, casseroles, and one-pot dinners. The salmon rice bowl continues to be a standout, and of course, favorites from past years made their way back onto the list too. white chicken chili is still holding strong!
Scrolling through each month is such a fun reminder of everything we cooked together this year. Looking ahead, I’m excited to lean into a “back to basics” approach — simple, comforting dinners, easy appetizers, and unfussy desserts made with real ingredients, great spice blends, and straightforward methods. Nothing overthought — just really good food.
So tell me — what was your favorite recipe this year? Did it make the Top 25? And what would you love to see more (or less!) of in the year ahead?
I hope you’re all enjoying a cozy, relaxing holiday break.
