Today, I’m sharing 28 Recipes to Cook in February 2026! This collection brings together reader-favorite recipes from years past, featuring colorful, comforting winter dishes the whole family loves. You’ll find everything from cozy soups and rice bowls to easy weeknight dinners (like my dad’s tacos), plus game-day appetizers and a few sweet desserts perfect for sharing. There’s truly something for every day of the month—with a few extras for good measure.

We’re already 5 days into February, but I still wanted to share this post because there are so many older recipes I’m genuinely excited about. I used to not love putting together these monthly roundups, but over time, they’ve become something I really look forward to. It’s such a fun way to revisit past favorites and bring them back into rotation.
Creating this list always sends me down memory lane, scrolling through recipes from previous years, and it’s honestly kind of crazy to see just how many dishes we’ve shared together. There are always so many gems I’ve forgotten about, and rediscovering them feels like finding little surprises all over again.
I’m especially excited about this month’s picks because, in my mind, February is all about two things: the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day—and both are so fun to cook for. It’s such a great time of year for cozy meals, casual celebrations, and gathering around the table.
If there are any recipes you’d love to see this month or heading into March, let me know in the comments. I hope you enjoy these favorites, and I can’t wait to share so much more with you this month.
