Today I’m sharing 31 Recipes to Cook in March 2026 — a collection of my favorite recipes published during the month of March over the past 13+ years! It turns out I have a lot of March favorites. You’ll find everything from early spring dinners to sweet seasonal desserts, plus bright breakfast ideas perfect for this time of year. There’s truly something to cook for every single day this month — and even a few recipes to get us excited for spring and Easter ahead.

It’s officially March, and I’m definitely feeling ready for spring. I think we all are. Many of you have been getting plenty of snow — and I’m just coming home from a chilly week in the Italian Alps, so I can relate!
What I love about March recipes is the balance. They’re cozy, but lighter. Some are perfect for those still-cold days, while others lean fresh and vibrant, hinting at warmer weather to come.
And the desserts this month are especially good. Spring baking is always so much fun — lots of citrus and berries, and of course, a little chocolate too.
You’ll also find Mexican-inspired dinners, lighter soups, and plenty of fresh salads. It’s truly a great mix.
I always enjoy putting these monthly roundups together. They bring new inspiration each time, and with over 13 years of recipes to look back on, it’s fun to rediscover old favorites I may have forgotten.
I’m excited to share this collection with you.
Hope you enjoy — and happy March!
