Easy Spring Brunch Recipes to Make This Weekend. Springtime brunches are some of my favorites to make—they’re pretty, delicious, and always feel a little extra special. Below you’ll find a mix of sweet pastries, muffins, pancakes, and Dutch babies, along with make-ahead bakes, savory egg dishes, and a few fun cocktails too. Whether you’re planning a full spread or just baking something simple, I hope you find a recipe (or two!) to make this weekend and all season long.

I don’t think I’ve ever loved spring more than I do right now. It feels like a fresh start—a time to enjoy longer days, sun-filled mornings, and something delicious on the table, ideally with a few pretty flowers nearby.
This season always inspires me in the kitchen. Think fresh berries, bright flavors, and simple recipes that feel just a little bit special without being complicated.
And breakfast—for lunch or even dinner (my mom’s favorite!)—always feels like a treat. These are the kinds of recipes you’ll come back to all spring and summer long.
Let me know what you make—I’d love to hear your favorites and go-to breakfast recipes too. You all inspire me the most!
